Why we gather
You can love the life you built.
And still ask what’s next.
Maybe you’re growing a business. Stepping into leadership. Rethinking what achievement means. Or simply craving a conversation that goes deeper than what you do for work.
The Table makes room for all of it. We bring women together around a beautiful meal to exchange perspectives, ask for what they need, and explore what success looks like in this season of life.
Two questions. A meaningful beginning.
Bring your experience.
Bring your questions.
What do you need
from The Table?
A fresh perspective. A connection. The courage to make a change. There’s room to ask for something that matters to you.
What do you bring
to The Table?
Your experience, your curiosity, and your willingness to listen. Something you’ve learned may be exactly what another woman needs.
The experience
A beautiful dinner.
A conversation worth having.
A thoughtfully
curated group.
Women with different experiences and perspectives, brought together with intention. Every guest helps shape the conversation.
Room to go
a little deeper.
Guided prompts and open conversation about work, life, ambition, and the things we don’t always have space to say out loud.
Something to
carry forward.
A perspective to consider, a connection to continue, or a next step that feels more like you. We close with space to reflect on what comes next.
Meet your host
Hi, I’m Maegan.
I’m glad you’re here.
I created The Table to make room for the conversations I wanted more of: honest, thoughtful, and about the whole person.
My background spans community association management, industry leadership, and behavioral science. Bringing people together has been a thread through all of it.
At The Table, I guide the conversation and make space for the experience and perspective each woman brings.
The Table at Work
Make room for a meaningful conversation at work.
Bring The Table to your organization for a facilitated gathering that helps women connect beyond their roles, exchange perspectives, and explore what success means to them.
Let’s shape the conversation around your team, your goals, and what you want women to take away from the experience.
