About The Table
A little more room
for the whole you.
The Table brings women together for honest conversation, meaningful connection, and space to explore what success looks like in this season of life.
Why we gather
Connection that goes
a little deeper.
The Table began with women in community association management and a desire for deeper conversation and relationships beyond the usual networking event.
When you spend so much of your life building community for others, it matters to have a community of your own. A place to share what’s on your mind, ask for what you need, and offer something another woman might be looking for.
That’s the heart of The Table: a thoughtfully gathered room where your experience matters and there’s space for the person behind the title.
Thoughtful details. Questions that make room for an honest conversation.
An idea at the heart of The Table
Set Your Table.
What deserves a place in your life right now?
The Set Your Table Method invites women to define success on their own terms by deciding what deserves their time, energy, and attention. It starts with noticing what matters and making room for the people and priorities that support you.
As life changes, your definition of success can change with it. You can make new choices about what gets a seat.
What matters
to you now?
What deserves
more room?
What does enough
look like for you?
At a gathering, we begin with two questions: What do you need from The Table? What do you bring to The Table?
Your answers make room for more than reflection. They give the women beside you a chance to understand you, offer support, and share what they know.
Meet your founder and host
Hi, I’m Maegan.
I created The Table to make room for the conversations I wanted more of: honest, thoughtful, and about the whole person.
My background spans community association management, industry leadership, and behavioral science. Bringing people together has been a thread through all of it.
I believe a good conversation can help us see our own lives differently. Sometimes that means a fresh perspective. Sometimes it means asking for help. And sometimes it’s realizing someone else understands exactly where you are.
As your host, I guide the conversation and make space for the experience and perspective each woman brings.
My own definition of success
A life with room
for what matters.
For me, success includes meaningful work and a life with room for the people I love. Being a wife and a mom is part of that picture.
That’s why the question behind the Set Your Table Method matters to me: what deserves a place in your life right now? Each woman’s answer will be her own.
Your perspective belongs here
Bring who you are.
Make room for what’s next.
You don’t need a particular title or a perfectly mapped-out next chapter. Start with what you need, what you bring, and a willingness to connect.
