At the table

Settle in.
Let the conversation unfold.

A shared meal.

A thoughtfully chosen setting and time around the table give the conversation room to grow.

A guided conversation.

Maegan introduces prompts, invites participation, and makes space for different experiences and perspectives.

A personal exchange.

Bring a question or something you’re working through. Offer an idea, a lesson, or a connection another woman might need.

Two questions open the conversation

What do you need?
What do you bring?

You might need perspective on a decision, encouragement for a change, or help with a practical next step.

You might bring experience, a useful introduction, or a question that helps someone think differently.

You choose what you share. There’s room to listen, reflect, and contribute in a way that feels right for you.

An idea at the heart of The Table

Set Your Table.

The Set Your Table Method invites women to define success on their own terms by deciding what deserves their time, energy, and attention.

That idea helps shape our conversations: what matters now, what deserves more room, and what enough looks like for you.

At dinner, we explore those questions through shared stories and perspectives. You don’t need a perfectly mapped-out next chapter to take part.

What you can carry with you

A conversation can
open a little room.

A fresh perspective.

Someone else’s experience may help you see a question or decision in a new way.

A meaningful connection.

You may meet a woman whose story resonates or whose perspective you want to hear more of.

A thought to return to.

A question, an idea, or a next step can stay with you after the evening ends. Every woman’s experience will be her own.

A few things you may be wondering

Before you join us.

Can I attend on my own?

Yes. You’re welcome to apply on your own. You don’t need to bring a friend or know the other women at the table.

Do I need a particular title or career stage?

No. The Table is for women who value thoughtful conversation and are willing to listen, ask, and contribute. Your perspective matters beyond your title.

Do I have to share something personal?

You choose what you share. Honest conversation can be about work, life, a decision, or something you’re thinking through. You can also make room by listening thoughtfully.

Where are dinners held, and what do they cost?
